Should You Air Your Dirty Laundry In Public?

Who is in charge of etiquette?

How often have you been witness to friends airing their dirty laundry in front of you. These are the times where you wish you could beam yourself out of the room. Airing of problems is really not a spectator sport...

Yet, even now, we see it happening at the highest levels. In my opinion, the politicians across the pond should have sorted all of this out behind closed doors. That is their job. Negotiation is a major description of it.

When you think about it being a politician is a job like any other. A baker bakes bread, a butcher procures meat and a hairdresser sorts out your hair. So why are some politicians not " talking / negotiating / giving & taking "?

The last few decades it was considered a stroke of good luck if you got a job working for the government. Ultimate job security was the catch phrase. The last few years have seen this ultimate job security in question.

But is it fair to send employees home without pay, just because the Management have issues among themselves? It wouldn't happen in the business world, or would it?

What I would like to know, is whether the politicians also loose their pay just like the employees?
